  1. Wash the cucumber and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds with the help of a coffee spoon and chop the halves coarsely using the food processor with the grater on top for extra coarse grating.
  2. Squeeze excess moisture from the grated cucumber using a kitchen towel.
  3. Peel the garlic cloves, wash the dill and remove the stems. Use the EasyClick system to easily replace the food processor attachment with the 500 ml chopper and chop the ingredients.
  4. Mix all ingredients with the Greek yogurt and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Let the tzatziki rest for at least an hour in the refrigerator
  6. Wash the zucchini and chop coarsely using the Braun food processor with the grating disc.
  7. Mix with 1 teaspoon of salt and let rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven (top and bottom heat: 200 ° C).
  9. Mix flour, ½ teaspoon of salt and baking soda.
  10. Squeeze excess liquid from the zucchini and put the zucchini in the food processor with the dough hook.
  11. Add the ingredients from step 3 as well as butter, egg and milk. Knead all ingredients well.
  12. Place the dough on a lined baking tin, sprinkle with flour and make flat round scones (about 2 cm high).
  13. Make a small notch in the flat scones and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
