  1. Slice the flesh away from either side of the mango pit, then scoop the mango flesh away from the skin.
  2. The mango pulp can then be frozen until you are ready to serve.
  3. To finish, place all ingredients in Braun’s Tribute Collection Jug blender JB 3060 and blend until smooth.
  4. For even finer results just hit the turbo button to give a short burst of maximum power.
  5. Pour into tall glasses to serve.
