For the salted caramel, heat the sugar and water in a non-stick pan until the sugar has dissolved and caramelised. Always stir with a wooden spoon so that it does not burn.

When the caramel has turned golden brown, stir in the cream and butter until you have a smooth sauce.

Set aside, leave to cool slightly and stir in the salt.

For the grilled fruit, insert the grill plates and use the MultiGrill 9 Pro as an open grill. Set the temperature of the lower and upper plates to 200°C and press the start/stop button to preheat the grill.

Remove the leaves from the pineapple and peel the pineapple. Cut it into slices about 2 cm thick.

Wash and halve the peaches and remove the pit.

When the display shows ready, place the pineapples and the peaches on the grill plates. Grill the fruit on both sides for about 5 minutes in total.
