Nutrition & Fitness guide day 2 - breakfast

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 30g vanilla protein powder (whey)
  • 250ml almond drink

Preparation

  1. Use Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender to purée all ingredients into a drink.

Broccoli soup

Makes 2 servings
Preparation time: 30 min

Ingredients

  • 400g broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 500ml vegetable stock
  • water
  • ground nutmeg
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Wash the broccoli and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and potatoes and chop into small cubes.
  2. Place the broccoli, onion, garlic and vegetable stock into a saucepan. Fill the saucepan with water, covering the vegetables.
  3. Bring the soup to a boil and let it cook for a further 10 minutes, until the broccoli is soft.
  4. Blend the soup with Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender until smooth. Then add the nutmeg. If the soup is too thick, dilute with water as necessary.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.

Carrot noodles with salmon and cream cheese sauce

Makes 1 serving
Preparation time: 30-40min

Ingredients

  • 3 carrots
  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 1⁄2 bunch of dill/parsley
  • 30g cream cheese with herbs
  • a dash of water
  • salt and pepper
  • coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Cut the salmon into small pieces.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté in a pan with coconut oil.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with some water and add to the pan.
  4. Finely chop the herbs, add them to the salmon, then leave to stand for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Cut the carrots into noodles with the Spiralizer accessory of Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender, and boil briefly in water.
  6. Add the noodles to the pan, and season to taste with spices.

Banana and blueberry ice cream

Makes 1 serving
Preparation time: 5min

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 80g frozen blueberries
  • a dash of water

Preparation

  1. Purée all ingredients with the help of Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender.
