Avocado, Melon & Cucumber Smoothie

  • 1 medium avocado, peeled and diced
  • ½ cantaloupe, peeled and diced (about 2 ½ cups)
  • ½ medium English cucumber, diced (about ½ cup)
  •  ¾ cup of fat-free yogurt
  • Juice of one lemon (about 2-4 tbsp, or to taste)
  • ¼ cup cold water

  1. Attach Braun’s Multiquick 5 or 7 blending shaft to the hand blender.  Add cantaloupe to beaker attachment and blend to make room for the rest of the ingredients. Then add the rest of the ingredients into the beaker.  The mixture will fill to the top so mix carefully!  Blend everything until smooth. You have never blended faster!
  2. Pour into glasses and serve or chill until ready to drink.
