Drizzle some olive oil over the steaks, massage the oil into both sides, add some ground black pepper then set aside.
Place the grill inside the drawer, select the GRILL function, MEAT, 210°C, set 7 minutes and press the START button. The preheating phase will begin.
Once preheating is complete, place the steaks onto the grill and press the START button. Cook the steaks for around 6-8 minutes, depending on your preference.
Tip: For best results, rotate halfway through cooking.
Remove the steaks from the drawer, transfer to a cutting board, then allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Once rested, cut the steaks into diagonal slices, then arrange a bed of rocket on the serving plates before adding the sliced steak, the cherry tomatoes and some Parmesan cheese. Finish with a drizzle of oil, coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Ensure the steak is at room temperature, do not season with salt as this will toughen the meat during cooking, always add the salt after cooking.
