For the marinade: Mix the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce (soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger) in a bowl.
Marinade the salmon fillets in it, for at least 15 minutes, ideally up to 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

For the wild broccoli: Wash and dry the broccoli. If necessary, trim the woody ends slightly.
In a bowl, mix the broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
Place the marinated broccoli in the second drawer of the TwinCook 3. Make sure that the pieces are not on top of each other so that they cook evenly.

For the second drawer set the Vegetable program at 180°C for 8-10 minutes depending on how crispy you like it.
