Place greaseproof paper on the bottom of the drawer, place the salmon on top of the paper.
Oil the top of the fish, season with salt and coat with the pistachio nuts.
Tip: Reduce or remove the salt if using salted pistachios.
Select the OVEN function, FISH, 180°C, set 12 minutes and press the START button.
Serve.
