Grilled Prawn skewers

Prawn skewers are a quick and healthy option, easily prepared and enjoyed with a salad or added to a pasta dish. Simply marinate the prawns and prepare the skewers.

20  king prawns, deveined, cleaned
  salt, as needed
  peber, as needed
2 spsk citronsaft
2 spsk olivenolie

Combine the prepared prawns with the marinade ingredients in a large bowl, then allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through.

Drain the prawns from the marinade and thread them onto skewers.

Place the grill inside the drawer, select the GRILL function, FISH, 200°C, set 8 minutes and press the START button. The preheating phase will begin.

Once preheating is complete, place the prawn skewers on the grill, close the drawer and press the START button.

For best results, rotate halfway through cooking.

Remove the skewers from the drawer and serve.
