In a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar for 2 mins, on mid speed (speed 2), until fluffy.
Add peanut butter, vanilla and egg and mix for 1 min, on low speed (speed 1).
Add in plain flour, baking powder and mix for 1 min, speed 1.
Add dark chocolate chips and mix for 30 seconds, on low speed (speed 1) until fully combined.
Transfer to the pie dish and flatten out evenly.
Place into the fridge and chill for 1 hour.
Transfer the pie dish into the drawer and select the OVEN function, CAKE, 160°C, set 18 minutes and press the START button.
Allow to sit for 2 minutes before serving warm with ice cream.
