For the guacamole, mix avocado with onion, chilli, garlic, lime juice, salt, and ¼ cup coriander in a food processor. This can be done with Braun’s MultiQuick 500 ml chopper. Taste and add more lime juice, if desired.
Add the taco seasoning to the breadcrumbs and stir to combine.
Add the yoghurt to the shrimp and toss to coat.
Toss the coated shrimp in the breadcrumbs.
Working in two batches, pour some oil into the MultiFry 3 drawer and add half of the breaded shrimp. Add a bit more oil on top.
Select the Fish program and cook for 10 minutes at 190°C, flipping halfway.
Repeat for the second batch. Set aside the cooked shrimp.
Put the corn tortillas in the drawer for 2 minutes.
Spread the guacamole into each tortilla, followed by the shrimps, tomato topping and coriander.
Serve with fresh lime juice.
