For the omelette: place the griddle plate on the upper side and the grill plate on the lower side of the MultiGrill 7 and use it as an open grill. Set the temperature of the grill plate to 60°C, the temperature of the griddle plate to 180°C and press the start/stop button to preheat the grill.
Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
Cut the rind off the cheese and grate. This can be done with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 food processor attachment using the coarse shredding insert.
Whisk the eggs in the beaker with the MultiQuick 9 whisk attachment and season with salt and pepper.
When the display shows ready, sauté the mushrooms on the griddle plate for about 5 minutes. If you cannot fit all the mushrooms on the plate, simply fry them in two portions. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the mushrooms on the grill plate to keep them warm and remove any cooking residue from the griddle plate.
Place two portions of egg on the griddle plate and fry for about 1 minute until it starts to set.
Spread the mushrooms and cheese on the omelettes, fold together with a spatula, turn over and fry for another minute.
Remove the omelets from the griddle and place on the grill plate to keep warm. Continue until all the omelettes are done and then turn the griddle plate down to 60°C and use the MultiGrill 7 as oven grill to keep warm.
For the wraps: wash and slice the tomatoes.
Remove the pickles from the jar, dab dry and cut into slices or strips.
Cut the spring onions into rings. Wash the dill and pluck it from the stems.
Place the omelette on a wrap. Place tomatoes and pickles on top and sprinkle with spring onions and dill. Fold the wrap in at the bottom and top, then the sides and roll up.
Clean the plates of cooking residues and use the MultiGrill 7 as a contact grill.
Place the wraps in and toast for approx. 1-2 minutes.
