For the burger:
In a bowl, mix together the beef mince, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form patties about 2 cm thick with your hands.
Use the MultiGrill 7 as an open grill and insert the grill plate at the bottom and the griddle plate at the top. Set the temperature of the lower and upper plates to 230°C and press the start/stop button to preheat the grill.
When the display shows ready, place the onion slices, drizzled with olive oil and sugared, on the upper griddle plate and cook for about 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently with a spatula to ensure even cooking and softening.
Simultaneously cook burger patties on the grill plate for about 12 minutes, turning after about 5-6 minutes (cooking time depends on the thickness of the hamburgers).
Once the onions are cooked, remove them from the plate and place the brioche buns on one side only for 1-2 minutes. Remove the brioche buns from the griddle plate. Spread the lower bun with BBQ sauce and top with the onions, patties and cheese. Place the salad, tomato and upper bun on top.
Put the burger on the grill plate again and use the MultiGrill 7 as contact grill. Press down firmly the top griddle plate and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the desired degree of roasting. Take the burger out of the grill and set aside.
For the corn ribs:
Mix all the ingredients for the mayonnaise.
Set the MultiGrill 7 to the oven grill position. Set the lower and upper thermostat knob to 230°C and press the start/stop button to preheat the grill.
Quarter the corn upright with a sharp knife. Brush the corn with cooking oil and season with rub, salt and pepper.
When the display shows ready, place the corn on the lower grill plate, close the upper griddle plate in the oven grill position (as close as possible to the food being grilled, but without touching it) and cook for about 20 minutes.
When the ribs have finished cooking, place them on a plate and serve with the mayonnaise, grated parmesan, chives and the burger.
