  paprika, tiny pinch
  fresh dill, tiny pinch

Instructions

STEP 1/4

Boil or steam the courgettes until soft (6-8 mins).

STEP 2/4

Then purée them in a beaker using the MultiQuick 7X hand blender and leave to cool.

STEP 3/4

Mix in the cream cheese, add herbs, then serve.

STEP 4/4

Serve with pieces of toast.
