Ingredients

Makes:

300.0 grams cottage cheese
80.0 grams oats
2.0 medium eggs
 pinch of cinnamon
2.0 tbsp. maple syrup


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl or the beaker with the Braun MultiQuick 5 Vario Hand Blender until it forms a smooth batter.

STEP 2/4

Spread the batter onto a rectangular baking tray lined with baking paper at a thickness of around 2 cm and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 225°C.

STEP 3/4

Gently remove the pancake from the baking paper and roll up the pancake.

STEP 4/4

Cut into pieces and, if necessary, use toothpicks to fix it into place.
