Servings:
Makes: 1

50 grams Parmesan, grated
75 grams feta cheese
75 grams pickled bell peppers
10  olives
3  eggs
1/8 litre milk
250 grams flour
2 tsp. baking powder
 a pinch of sugar
  sea salt
  black pepper

Instructions

STEP 1/7

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

STEP 2/7

Grease the loaf pan with butter and dust with flour.

STEP 3/7

Prepare the parmesan, dice the feta and chop the bell pepper fillets and olives.

STEP 4/7

Weigh all other ingredients.

STEP 5/7

Beat the eggs with Braun's MultiQuick 7 double beater attachment and add the oil. Stir in the milk, flour, and baking powder.

STEP 6/7

Mix the prepared ingredients and season the batter with sugar, salt, and pepper.

STEP 7/7

Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 35-45 minutes until golden brown. Then let it cool for some time in the pan and gently turn it out.

Special option: In case you want to serve the cake on a special occasion you can do it also in form of cake pops. All you need is: • 500 g feta and bell pepper cake • 100 g cream cheese
For the cake pops, cut the edges off the prepared pound cake. Cut the cake into slices and finely crumble them with your fingers.
Stir together the cream cheese with the crumbled cake to make a homogeneous dough using Braun's MultiQuick 7 double beater attachment. Roll into small balls, put a wooden stick in the balls if required and refrigerate.
The recipe can of course be prepared for VEGANS with appropriate ingredient changes.
This recipe was prepared with Braun's MultiQuick 7 (MQ 7005B).
