Ingredients

Servings: 4
Makes:

2  figs, quartered
8 slices rustic bread, toasted
1 tbsp. olive oil
125 grams soft goat cheese
  sea salt
  black pepper, freshly ground
1 tbsp. cream cheese
  fresh chives, to garnish
  chervil, to garnish
2 tbsp. chopped chives

Instructions

STEP 1/5

To save time, quickly chop the chives using Braun’s MQ 20 chopper accessory. Place the chives in the accessory, attach it to a suitable hand blender and chop roughly by pulsing two or three times. For the topping place the chopped chives, soft goat’s cheese, cream cheese, and olive oil in Braun’s 600 ml beaker.

STEP 2/5

Crostini means “little toasts” in Italian and they make great canapés to serve with drinks or as an appetizer with different toppings.

STEP 3/5

Now you can easily blend this mixture with Braun’s Hand blender. Due to the unique PowerBell technology with its anti-splash design, your kitchen remains spotlessly clean.

STEP 4/5

Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

STEP 5/5

Spread the bread slices with the goat's cheese mixture and top each slice with a quartered fig. Garnish with chervil and fresh chives.

This recipe can be also prepared with MQ 725 Omelette.
This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MultiQuick Hand blender with its MQ 20 (350 ml) chopper accessory and its 600 ml beaker, e.g. MQ 5020 WH Pasta.
