Preheat the oven to 160˚convection.
Peel and core the apples and cut them with Braun’s MultiQuick 7 500 ml chopper attachment. Mix with lemon juice and set aside.
Place the amaretti in Braun's MultiQuick 7 500 ml chopper attachment and chop finely.
Beat butter and sugar with cinnamon, salt and vanilla with Braun’s MultiQuick 7 double beater attachment until creamy, add eggs and beat for another 2-3 minutes.
Add flour, baking powder, amaretti and milk in batches and beat together until smooth with Braun’s MultiQuick 7 double beater attachment. Then add the apple pieces and mix in.
Divide the cake among the four glasses at most two-thirds.
Bake on the middle shelf in the oven for about 35-40 minutes.
