This recipe was prepared using Braun’s Multiquick 7 Hand Blender with its 2-cup chopper attachment.
- 1 ¼ cups packed flat-leaf parsley
- ½ cup packed cilantro
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/8 tsp dried crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Place everything in Braun’s Multiquick 7 2-cup chopper attachment. Attach motor body and pulse on low speed until blended. Open the top, wipe down the sides with a spatula, put the top back on and blend on high speed until finely blended into a sauce.
Chef’s tip: Serve on top of your favorite grilled meat. Make ahead and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
