This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MultiQuick 7 Hand Blender with its food processor attachment.
Ingredients
- ½ small onion
- 1 large carrot, peeled
- 6 oz. red cabbage
- 6 oz. white cabbage
- 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Attach the shredding insert (note: this works with the fine and the course shredding insert) to Braun’s MultiQuick 7 hand blender with food processor attachment to shred one after the other, the onions, carrots and both white and red cabbages.
- Place the coleslaw mixture in a bowl and add the red wine vinegar and sugar. Season the coleslaw with salt and pepper and let marinate in the fridge for an hour or overnight.
