Tarte flambée sandwich toast (Flammkuchen style)
Ingredients
8 slices of toast
150 grams crème fraîche
2 tbsp. milk
1 small onion
50 grams ham, raw
50 grams cheese, grated
salt
pepper
2 tbsp. chives, optional for decoration
Instructions
STEP 1/5
Cut the ham and onion into fine strips.
STEP 2/5
Beat the crème fraîche and the milk together until smooth, then stir in the onion, ham and cheese. Season with salt and pepper
STEP 3/5
Now spread the mixture onto 4 pieces of toast, leaving a min. 1 cm edge free.
STEP 4/5
Put the remaining toast pieces as cover and lightly press down.
STEP 5/5
Now place the tarte flambée sandwiches in the anti-leakage sandwich cage of Braun’s ID Breakfast Collection Toaster HT 5015 one after the other, put it in the toaster and press the sandwich button. Serve immediately.
