Ingredients

Makes:

25.0 grams buckwheat
100.0 ml water
100.0 grams pear,  peeled and cored
1.0 teaspoon rapeseed oil


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Finely grind buckwheat with the Multiquick 5 Baby MQ 20 chopper attachment. Boil the buckwheat groats with water, then reduce the heat and let soak for about 3 minutes while stirring.

STEP 2/3

The bulb first cut into large pieces and subsequently crush 5 Baby MQ 20 chopper attachment in MultiQuick. Then add the cooked buckwheat groats and rapeseed oil and puree into a homogeneous slurry.

STEP 3/3

Pour into a bowl with a spatula and feed.
