The following terms and conditions (“T&Cs”), and all subsequent revisions or amendments thereafter made by the Braun (“Braun”), without prior notice, shall apply to the “Win a CP Frozen Food Bundle” Lucky Draws (the “Lucky Draws”).
1. Eligibility
a. Subject to the Terms & Conditions, any individual above 18 years old (the “Participant”) is eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
b. A Participant below 18 years old shall obtain a parent or guardian’s written consent before taking part in the Lucky Draws. Braun shall be entitled to request proof of such written consent at any time. Failure to provide proof of written consent upon request shall disqualify the Participant from the Lucky Draws.
c. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draws:
i. Employees of Braun and their immediate family members and/ or relatives living in the same household;
ii. Vendors, contractors or partners or any other individuals directly involved or connected to the Lucky Draws including their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors and immediate family members and/or relatives living in the same household; and
iii. Individuals who do not reside in Singapore.
d. A Participant who fails to provide true, correct and accurate information when participating in the Lucky Draws shall automatically be disqualified from the Lucky Draws.
2. Promotion Period
a. The Lucky Draws is open from October 15, 2024 until 30 November, 2024 ("The Lucky Draw Period"). All qualifying purchases must be made within this timeframe.
3. How to Participate
a. To participate the lucky draw, participants must purchase a Braun MultiFry 3 from the major retailers (Best Denki, Courts, Gain City, Harvey Norman, Tangs, selected FairPrice, Braun braunhousehold.com/en.sg) during the promotion period.
b. A valid receipt must be uploaded in the lucky draw e-form as proof of purchase. Each purchase qualifies for one entry into the draw.
4. Prize Details
a. Ten (10) winners will be selected to receive a FP Froze Food Bundle that includes:
i. Japanese Golden Crispy
ii. Honey Wings
iii. Chicken Dippers
iv. Japanese Crispy Gyoza
b. Approximate total worth $30
c. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
5. Winner Selection
a. Winners will be selected through a computerized random draw on 6 December 2024.
b. The winners will be announced on Braun social media platform and notified via email within five (05) days of the selection.
6. Claiming Prizes
a. Winners must claim their prizes latest by 31 st December 2024 via CP online shop. A detailed claiming process will be furnished to the winners via email.
b. Failure to claim the prize within the specified time may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
7. General Conditions
a. Braun reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
b. By participating in the lucky draw, entrants agree to be comply with these terms and conditions.
8. Publicity
a. By entering the draw, the winner agrees to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. Data Protection
a. Personal data collected during this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of the lucky draw and will be handled in accordance with Braun’s privacy policy.
10. Governing Law
a. This promotion is governed by the laws of Singapore.
