- For the mojo picon, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
- Place the mixture afterwards in an airtight container in the refrigerator until required.
- Fill the steam booster of the Braun IdentityCollection Food steamer FS 5100 with water until max.
- Peel the asparagus and put half each in a separate basket. Brush the asparagus spears with olive oil, lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Simply set the timer to 40 min and return when done.
- Drizzle the hot asparagus with mojo picon, sprinkle shaved manchego over the top and serve.
