- For extremely quick cooking results, simply put the chillies, ginger, red pepper, garlic and spring onions into Braun’s MQ 20 chopper accessory. Then attach to a suitable hand blender and chop the ingredients to a fine powder on full speed.
- Dice the chicken breast into 2 cm cubes and heat a wok or large frying pan to high heat. Then add the vegetable oil, add the chicken and stir-fry with a wooden spoon for 2 - 3 minutes until the chicken is browned all over.
- Reuse Braun’s MQ 20 chopper accessory. Place in the ginger, attach to your hand blender and finely chop by pulsing a few times. Add the chopped ginger with the already prepared fine powder to the wok and stir-fry for further 3 minutes until golden brown. Now you can add the dark soy sauce, lemon juice and coconut milk.
- Continuously stir-fry over high heat until everything is nicely glazed and the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
