  1. For extremely quick cooking results, simply put the chillies, ginger, red pepper, garlic and spring onions into Braun’s MQ 20 chopper accessory. Then attach to a suitable hand blender and chop the ingredients to a fine powder on full speed.
  2. Dice the chicken breast into 2 cm cubes and heat a wok or large frying pan to high heat. Then add the vegetable oil, add the chicken and stir-fry with a wooden spoon for 2 - 3 minutes until the chicken is browned all over.
  3. Reuse Braun’s MQ 20 chopper accessory. Place in the ginger, attach to your hand blender and finely chop by pulsing a few times. Add the chopped ginger with the already prepared fine powder to the wok and stir-fry for further 3 minutes until golden brown. Now you can add the dark soy sauce, lemon juice and coconut milk.
  4. Continuously stir-fry over high heat until everything is nicely glazed and the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
You can add whichever vegetables you would like into this meal or whichever vegetables your kids will eat. This is great for a quick family dinner and was made to go with a bowl of steaming noodles.
