1. De-seed and dice the watermelon, taking care to cut the fruit into smaller, cube-like shapes.

2. Blend all the ingredients in the Braun Multiquick hand blender’s compact kitchen machine, taking time to ensure that the consistency of the gazpacho is exactly how you prefer.

3. Pass through a fine sieve. Chill in the refrigerator until required.

• 200g watermelon 
• 1 cucumber peeled 
• 4 tomatoes diced 
• 2 tablespoons of sherry vinegar 
• 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 
• Salt and pepper to taste
