1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. Shred the courgettes using the Braun Multiquick hand blender with its coarse shredding blades.
2. Pan fry the smoked bacon in olive oil until crisp and golden. Add the courgettes and garlic and cook for 6-8 minutes over a low heat.
3. Using the Braun Multiquick 5’s hand blender whisk accessory, whisk the egg yolks, cream and parmesan in a bowl and season with white pepper.
4. Add the bacon, courgettes and garlic to the cooked pasta in the pan. Add the whisked mixture and stir until the sauce covers the pasta and thickens. Serve immediately.
