• 25g light brown soft sugar
Ingredients for sesame and cucumber salad
• 1 cucumber
• 1tsp chopped ginger
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• 2 tbsp sweet rice vinegar (e.g. Japanese Mirin vinegar)
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
• Salt and pepper to season
