Ingredients

Servings: 6
Makes:

500.0 grams watermelon
1.0 tbsp. dried hibiscus, or 4 hibiscus tea bags
2.0 tbsp. goji berries
250.0 grams redcurrants
400.0 ml lemonade
250.0 ml mineral water
1.0 tbsp. clear honey
2.0 juice of limes
  lime
 as needed ice cubes

Instructions

STEP 1/6

Place the ice cubes in the Braun JB 7192 PowerBlend 7 and use the Ice Crush program, which automatically crushes ice at a pre-set timing. Fill the crushed ice into six glasses.

STEP 2/6

Bring the mineral water to a boil and pour it over the dried hibiscus. Leave to infuse for 5-8 minutes and strain the liquid through a fine sieve.

STEP 3/6

In the meantime, remove rind and seeds from the watermelon, and dice.

STEP 4/6

Place the watermelon, goji berries, lemonade and half of the redcurrants in the Braun JB 7192 PowerBlend 7. Blend everything on speed 5 to your desired consistency. You can also use the Pulse mode for staggered blending.

STEP 5/6

Then add the hibiscus tea, honey and lime juice and blend for another 10 seconds on speed 5.

STEP 6/6

Pour your punch into the glasses with the crushed ice. Garnish with the remaining redcurrants and lime slices.
