200 grams sugar
0.5 litres water, for the syrup
0.25 litres lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tsp. lemon zest
1.5 litres water


Instructions

STEP 1/4

For the syrup, warm the water over the sugar and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.

STEP 2/4

Squeeze lemons and choose with the Braun’s TributeCollection Citrus juicer CJ 3000 how pulpy you want to have your lemon juice. The scale directly shows you when you have ¼ l of fresh lemon juice.

STEP 3/4

Mix the lemon juice with the water, and the cooled down syrup in a big jug.

STEP 4/4

Afterwards allow the lemonade to stand for two hours before you enjoy your fresh lemonade.
