Chop the chocolate using the Braun’s MultiQuick 5 Vario Hand Blender with food processor attachments (1.5l) and the included chopping knife, then add the oats and the coconut flakes, flour and sugar and briefly mix using the dough hook.
Melt the butter, mix with the honey and add to the oat mixture. Use your hands to mix everything together thoroughly. If the mixture is still too dry, add some more honey.
Pre Preheat the oven (circulating air) to 160°C.
Line a 20-30cm rectangular tin with baking paper, put the mixture in the tin and spread out evenly.
Bake the muesli bars for approx. 40 minutes. Let the bars cool completely and cut into shape.
