  1. Place the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Attach the whisk accessory to Braun’s MultiMix 3 Hand mixer and blend in the eggs, milk and melted butter to make a thick, smooth batter. Start slowly and speed up gradually - you have the full range of variable speeds at your disposal.
  2. Then lightly oil and heat a non-stick frying pan. Drop in 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake. Cook for 1 ½ - 2 minutes each at medium high heat until bubbles form over the entire top and the pancake is golden underneath. Flip over and cook for a further 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Finally serve with maple syrup, fresh blueberries & crème fraiche.
