6 medium eggs
3 tbsp. whole milk
0,5  yellow pepper
100 grams frozen peas
 to taste Salt
250 grams low fat quark
4 tbsp. milk
0,5 bunch chives


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Meanwhile, cut the chives with the 500ml chopper. Use the whisk to mix the quark and chopped herbs together. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the mini quiches.

STEP 2/5

Preheat the oven to 180°C (bottom and top heat) and grease the mini muffin tin (with 24 spaces).

STEP 3/5

Chop the Gouda and the yellow pepper using the Braun MultiQuick 5 Vario Hand Blender with its 500ml chopper attachment.

STEP 4/5

Whisk the eggs, milk and remaining ingredients with the included whisk. Distribute the mixture evenly in the muffin tin and bake for 15-18 minutes.

STEP 5/5

Let the finished mini quiches cool before removing them from the baking tin.
