220 grams baby spinach
  nutmeg, freshly grated
2  green apples, cored and diced
1  flaked almonds

Instructions

STEP 1/3

Pour into glasses, serve with freshly grated nutmeg and enjoy the power kick!

STEP 2/3

Prepare your tasty and nutritious smoothie in just two minutes! Place the apples, baby spinach, flaked almonds and lime juice in Braun’s IdentityCollection Jug blender JB 5050 and press the start button.

STEP 3/3

Start blending at low speed and gradually add a small amount of cold mineral water through the lid opening. Move up the maximum speed and keep adding water for the ideal consistency. Prepare your green smoothie without stopping the blending process or opening the jug blender top – the lid opening enables you to keep on blending easily and effortlessly.
