20 grams rye
200 ml water
100 grams pumpkin,  peeled
1 tbsp. rapeseed oil
70 grams floury potatoes,  peeled
2 tbsp. orange juice


Instructions

STEP 1/2

Grind the rye with the Multiquick 5 Baby MQ 20 chopper attachment fine. Cut pumpkin and potatoes into small pieces and (200 ml) to a boil in a suitable pot with a little water. Add the rye flour, stir and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, reduce heat.

STEP 2/2

Add the ready cooked mixture into the blender jar. Add the canola oil and orange juice and puree 5 Baby hand blender to mash the Multiquick.


For vegetarians, this porridge is the Fleischersatzbrei. Whole grains containing iron and vitamin C in orange juice, the intake of vegetable iron is improved.
