Blueberry Blender Ice Cream

Makes about 1 quart


  • 2 1/2  cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pint of fresh blueberries

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the Braun PureMix. Turn blender on and press mix. Let mix for 1 minute, until mixture is smooth and creamy. 
  2. Pour into a 1-quart freezer container, and cover tightly with a lid. 
  3. Freeze for at least 5 hours or until completely frozen. (This will vary depending on your freezer) 
  4. Remove from freezer and let sit for about 15-30 minutes or until soft enough to scoop.
