Summer Dinner Party at Tasting Table

In celebration of our relaunch in North America and the introduction of our new Kitchen Collection, we hosted a summer dinner party at the Tasting Table Test Kitchen in SoHo, New York City with Chef Gabe Kennedy. Chef Gabe used each of our products to prepare the 4 courses, creating a meal that truly conquered the expected.  



First Course: Early summer vegetable fricassee with peas, asparagus, squash, shiro dashi, paddlefish caviar

Second Course: Slow-poached sable, charred scallion, citrus, cultured fumet blanc

Third Course: Coffee-cured lamb loin, leeks two ways, gremolata, zucchini-mint puree, pickled raisin

Fourth Course: Honeybee Coffee granita, maple, sesame, cacao, coconut
