Our favourite marinade

Wouldn't you love your steaks best in a tasty marinade? This is how we would prepare the meat for your grill party.

Serves: 4

1. Cut garlic into slivers. Mix with the olive oil and plucked rosemary and thyme leaves.
2. Layer your steaks or cutlets in a suitable container, pouring marinade over each layer. Use a spoon to spread the marinade evenly over the meat.
3. Put the container in the fridge for marinading.
4. The meat will have absorbed the marinade well after at least one day. This recipe always makes for a great grill party!

Our tip: The best meats for grilling are veined T-bone steaks and cutlets because they include sufficient fat and therefore cope well with the heat on the grill.

4 roast beef slices (180 g each)
or 4 T-bone steaks or cutlets (180-200 g each)
6 tbsp. olive oil
3 garlic cloves
½ bunch fresh rosemary
½ bunch fresh thyme
