125.0 grams natural yoghurt
200.0 ml orange juice, fresh
1.0 tbsp. honey
1.0 teaspoon flax seeds
0,5 teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions

STEP 1/3

Peel and dice the pineapple.

STEP 2/3

Place the pineapple and all the other ingredients into one of the two Smoothie2Go cups* for the Braun JB 7192 PowerBlend 7 and secure lid. Blend everything to a smooth puree on speed 5.

STEP 3/3

Take your smoothie on the run right away. Enjoy!
