Chef's watermelon gazpacho

Method


1. De-seed and dice the watermelon, taking care to cut the fruit into smaller, cube-like shapes.

2. Blend all the ingredients in the Braun Multiquick 5 hand blender’s compact kitchen machine, taking time to ensure that the consistency of the gazpacho is exactly how you prefer.

3. Pass through a fine sieve. Chill in the refrigerator until required.

 

Chef’s tip

This recipe is a cool treat and perfect to a hot summer day. It’s so refreshing; all alfresco meals should really start with this dish.

This recipe uses the Braun Multiquick 5 hand blender with its compact kitchen machine.

• 200g watermelon 
• 1 cucumber peeled 
• 4 tomatoes diced 
• 2 tablespoons of sherry vinegar 
• 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 
• Salt and pepper to taste
