Ingredients

2 Courgettes, pre-cut

1/2 large Butternut, peeled and pre-cut into dices

Pinch of Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Steam the pre-cut courgette and butternut for 10-15 minutes until soft.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. Place the cooked vegetables in the hand-held blender container and add a pinch of cinnamon.
  4. Blend the mixture operating the hand-held blender using setting <<2>> until smooth.
