3/4 cup Mixed frozen berries
1 ½ - 2 tbsp Honey
1/4 cup Water
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Bring to a light simmer.
- Cook for about 5 – 10 minutes, until the berries have softened.
- Remove from heat and puree with hand-held blender.
Use immediately and serve with baby porridge as a breakfast alternative or plain yoghurt as a desert sauce or store in the fridge for later.
