1 ½ Cup Coconut Milk

2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

1 ½ Cup Rolled Oats (uncooked)

1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds

1-2 tsp Honey

 ½ tsp Baking Powder

 ½ tsp salt

A generous pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Place Rolled Oats in chopper bowl and blend at speed <<2>> for about 10 seconds
  2. Add coconut milk, coconut oil, flaxseeds and honey, cinnamon to chopper bowl and blend at speed <<2>> until well blended
  3. Add baking powder and salt to chopper bowl and blend at speed <<2>> until thoroughly mixed
  4. Place 1 Tbsp of batter onto a well-greased pan and when bubbles start to appear, flip over and allow to brown.
