1 Apple, peeled, cored and diced
1 Ripe Pear, peeled, cored and diced
1/2 Cup Double Cream Yoghurt
1/4 Cup cooked Quinoa
- Steam the apple and pear dice, then puree with the cinnamon using the hand blender at speed <<2>> for about 10-20 seconds until smooth.
- Mix the fruit puree with the yogurt, then stir in the Quinoa and serve.
