This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MultiQuick 5 Hand Blender with its blending shaft and beaker attachments.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tbsp low-fat buttermilk

  1. Add the dill, mustard, vinegar and honey to the beaker. Then attach the Braun MultiQuick 5 hand blender to the blending shaft attachment. Blend mixture together, starting out on low speed and increasing on high speed until mixture is blended.
  2. Add the olive oil and blend on low speed at first and then increase to high speed for a couple of seconds until mixed well.
  3. Finally add the buttermilk on low speed, increase on high speed until mixture is creamy. Serve immediately over salad or store in the refrigerator in a jar with a lid for a later time. Shake it up when ready to use. The dressing also makes a great dip for carrots or other vegetables.
