Ingredients

Salsa
  • 2 cans fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • ½ yellow onion
  • 1 chipotle in adobo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • juice from 1 lime
  • small handful of cilantro

For the Tortilla Chips

  • juice from 1 lime
  • coarse sea salt

  1. Place all ingredients into the 5-cup jug
    blender/chopper.
  2. Place the motor on top of the blender.
  3. Press the unlock button, then press the SmartSpeed button to turn the blender on.
  4. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
  5. When the salsa is done, pour into a bowl; serve warm or cold.

For the chips:

  1. Spread onto a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle lime juice over the top and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  3. Bake at 425 for 5 minutes.
