Raspberry Hibiscus Lemonade

This recipe was prepared using Braun PureMix Countertop Blender. 

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup fresh raspberries
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/3 cup redcurrants
  • 1 tbsp hibiscus tea
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • A few raspberries & redcurrants to garnish

  1. Bring 300 ml water to the boil and add the hibiscus tea. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes and then leave to cool down. Then strain the tea through a fine sieve.
  2. Put the raspberries with the tea and 2 teaspoons sugar into Braun’s PureMix Blender. Press the On/Off and select “Liquefy” to start. Press it again to stop once it’s reached your desired consistency. For even finer results and more precise blending you can use the “Pulse” function and pulse a few times until smooth. Divide the mixture between 4 tall glasses.
  3. Put ice cubes into the glasses and pour over the sparkling water to top up the glasses. Garnish with fresh raspberries & redcurrants.
