Kiwi and banana tartlets

Makes: 6 tartlets

  1. First attach the kneading tool, then add all ingredients to the Multiquick food processor bowl. Ensure the lid is on place and turn on. When you see the dough begin to form a ball, turn off the Multiquick .
  2. Roll the chilled dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into disks and line-up the buttered tartlet pans with the disks of dough.
  4. Fill the tartlets with dried beans and bake at 200°C, approximately 20 to 25 minutes, until slightly golden.
  5. Remove beans and immediately invert the tartelets and allow to cool.
  6. Remove from pans and arrange on a clean, paper covered pan.
  7. Attach the slicing tool to the Multiquick.
  8. Peel the bananas and kiwis and put them in the filling tube and slice them.
  9. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the packaging directions and pour on the tartlets.
  10. Decorate the tartlets with sliced kiwis, bananas, raspberries and currants.
