Method


1. Cut the chillies, red pepper, garlic and spring onions into manageable slices and then use the Braun Multiquick 5 and its chopper accessory on a medium speed to finely dice.

2. Heat a wok or large frying pan until it is very hot and then add the vegetable oil. Stir-fry the chicken over a high heat for 2-3 minutes until the meat is browned all over.

3. Add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes until golden brown. Add the dark soy sauce, lemon juice and coconut milk.

4. Stir-fry over a high heat until everything is nicely glazed and the chicken is cooked through. Finish with some coriander leaves and serve immediately.

 

Marc Fosh’s tip

You can add whichever vegetables you would like into this meal (or maybe whichever vegetables your kids will eat!) This is great for a quick family dinner and was made to go with a bowl of steaming noodles.

This recipe uses the Braun Multiquick 5 with its chopper accessory.

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• 450g chicken breast, skinned and diced
• Red pepper, seeded
• 2 Garlic cloves
• 1 Spring onion
• Fresh green chillies, seeded
• 1 teaspoon of finely chopped ginger
• 2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce
• Juice of 2 lemons
• 100ml coconut milk
• A large handful of coriander
