Ingredients

Yield: 4 servings

  • ¼ cup honey or blue agave nectar
  • ½ cup fresh squeezed lime juice (about 3 limes)
  • ¾ cups white rum
  • 5 cups / 20 oz. frozen mango chunks 4 mango chunks set aside for garnish
  • 1 cup / 5 oz. frozen raspberries, 4 raspberries set aside for garnish
  • 1 cup / 5 oz. frozen blueberries, 4 blueberries set aside for garnish
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Lime wheels & toothpicks for garnish

  1. Mix together honey, lime juice & rum in a Smoothie2Go cup. .Attach the blades and collar. Place on the base. Turn on the PureMix blender. Select the Stir button and let blend for 5 seconds until incorporated.  
  2. Skewer frozen mango & berries onto toothpicks & store in freezer until ready to serve.
  3. Fill the jug blender with frozen mango, add half or 6 oz. of the honey-rum mixture. Turn on the PureMix Blender. Press the liquefy button and blend for 20 seconds until thoroughly blended. Pour mix into a container and store in freezer until ready to serve.
  4. Add 3 oz. of the honey-rum mixture to another Smoothie2Go cup. Add blueberries, then attach the blades and collar. Place on the base and turn on the PureMix Blend. Press Liquefy and blende for 10 seconds until incorporated. Store in freezer until ready to serve.
  5. Add raspberries to remaining Smoothie2Go cup.  Attach blades and collar. Place on base and turn on the PureMix Blender. Select Liquefy and blend for 10 seconds until incorporated. Store in freezer until ready to serve.
  6. Rinse out jug blender.  Taking cupful amounts of each mixture layer back into blender alternating along with sweetened condensed milk. This can be done randomly.
  7. Take blended layered mix and pour into glasses, tilting glass to create swirling effect.

Chef’s tricks:

  • Try using different frozen fruits to create different colorful swirl effects.
